Okružena prirodom, udaljena je svega nekoliko kilometara od glavnih prometnica koje vas mogu odvesti na razna mjesta u Istri. Prekrasan Rovinj, najviše fotografiran grad na Jadranu, udaljen je cca 25 km. Kuća se sastoji od dva potpuno opremljena apartmana koji se prostiru na dva sprata.
