Our luxury Villa Skourias has an endless view of the south cretan sea and offers direct access to Tsoutsouros` famous healing waters. A few steps lead from the property directly to the beach. The private pool (2,5m x 4,5m) can be heated for an additional daily fee upon arrangement with the host. The air-conditioned accommodation is 42 km from Heraklio Town, and our guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking. The neighborhood is rather quiet, privacy is definitely given.

Elia House 10 meters from sea

House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.

It has a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and it's own yard. The house can accommodate 2-3 people (with a spare bed). In the olive grove there are also two small houses which are for rent (Giardino e Mare I & II). The owners spend some days every year in a house in the property.
