Great for single/ double occupancy. This serene home is on a high floor with amazing sea views, gated community, gym & pool, washer & dryer, full kitchen, microwave & fridge, dining & living room furniture. It is a 680sf 1-br with attached bathroom, queen bed, wardrobe & dedicated workstation. A large living room & decent sized room for HK standards. Though a little dated, it’s a cozy & lovely space @5 minutes walk to MTR, bus, minibus, grocery, cinemas, restaurants, etc @4 minutes ride to TST

address is right opposite to kaitak mtr station 地址是啟德地鐵站口我們有一房500尺，和兩房500尺, 大小一樣的 . 1房是主人房1張1.8米6呎大床 , 大廳兩張沙發床。大廳寬敞一點。兩房是主人房一張1.37米四尺半大床，客房1張3尺單人床，大廳一張沙發床。由於間了兩房，大廳會小一點。下單按實際情況給合適單位這裏是啟德。房子500實尺，距離地鐵站1分鐘走路。圖片衹是大概僅供參考, 我們不同房子大小基本一樣但是傢俬擺位可能稍有不同
