The villa offers private parking, and all apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The pool operates during the summer season. Location is on the best Danube view in Novi Banovci, Belgrade.

Apartment is in the center of Zemun. Path to the apartment is through the gallery which has items over a hundred years old. It is 10 minutes from the center of Belgrade and 2 minutes away from the Danube river and a beautiful quay where you can take a walk and relax. The Gardos tower is also in walking distance, about 10 minutes away, from where you can see the whole city. This part of the town is full of restaurants and cafes, but it is really quiet and relaxing.
