Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλο ένα σπιτάκι με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας το οποίο διαχωρίζεται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Iskios Cottage - Almyra living

Set just across the bay of Skopelos town, renowned for its moderate climate and views , the cottage is perfect for unpretentious while comfortable holidays or long brakes. The old style open kitchen under the pergola, houses a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities. Rodia House

Rodia is an old Greek village house renovated to include all modern comforts but retaining the style and feel of the traditional houses in the area. The house has brand new mosquito window nets in all windows (installed in 2021). The television has Netflix all year around. In the kitchen, there is a Nespresso coffee machine.

Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι δύο υπνοδωματίων. Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, απέναντι από την εκκλησία της Αγίας Τριάδας. Είναι στην κορυφή του χωριού , δίπλα από την περιοχή Πλάκες με τα κλασσικά νησιώτικα σοκάκια. Το παλιό λιμάνι της Σκιάθου καθώς και το κέντρο της βρίσκονται σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια.
