Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate beds; Bedroom with a sea view (160cm), bedroom (120cm &TV), a loft with two beds (2x140cm)

Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Soiniityn kartano Kyran huone

Tämä huone on nimetty menestyksekkään kilparatsastaja Kyra Kyrklundin mukaan. Kyra oli talon edellisen emännän, Anitan, kummityttö. Kyra vietti lapsena paljon aikaa Soiniityssä ja löysi Soiniitystä rakkautensa hevosiin. Erään kerran Kyralle sattui onnettomuus Soiniityn kylmäverisellä Irja-tammalla; hän tipahti hevosen selästä ja satutti kätensä. Huoneessa on paljon hevosaiheisia esineitä, kuten talon isännän isänisän, jääkärieversti Bjarne Nordenswanin ratsastussaappaat.

Tyylikäs saunallinen kaksio aivan meren äärellä, kävelymatkan päässä keskustan palveluista. Asunnossa on nukkumapaikat neljälle ja se sopii erinomaisesti pariskunnille sekä pidempiaikaiseen majoitukseen. Lasitettu parveke ja huoneiston suuret ikkunat avautuvat suoraan merelle – maisema luo rauhallisen, viihtyisän tunnelman ympäri vuoden. Oman saunan ja hyvin varustellun keittiön ansiosta majoittuminen on helppoa ja huoletonta, olitpa sitten lomalla tai työmatkalla.

The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.
