This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking.

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

This lovingly designed house is nothing short of wonderful! It offers you three cozy bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (pick between a bathtub and a rain shower), a fully equipped plywood kitchen with marble benchtops. Full of sunshine and art, it is a perfect vacation pad - wake up and watch rosellas play in the wonderful garden. We have picked the furniture with your comfort in mind and with a large gas BBQ and a spacious fridge and an amazing cozy deck you won't find a better location!

Red Gum Guesthouse

Centrally located in the suburbs of Newcastle. Red Gum Guesthouse is a free standing studio. The studio is spacious, clean and modern with a comfortable queen bed. It is equipped with all the essentials for your stay. Situated close to Glenrock, the Fernleigh track, Merewether and Dudley Beach. Plenty of options for the surfer, mountain biker or nature lover! "The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
