Υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ στο δημόσιο δρόμο έξω ακριβώς από το σπίτι αλλά και στους παρακείμενους δρόμους. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ιδιωτική αυλή όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας, τον καφέ σας ή το ποτό σας.

Sea and City Luxurious Apartment is a 1 x double bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 guests. It is a 10 minute walk from Kos Harbour and a 5 minute walk from the beach of Lambi which is just outside Kos Town. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached building and comprises of 1 x bedroom, an open planned kitchen/living room and a large beautiful bathroom with WC and shower. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and bathroom and bedroom linen.

Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
