This exclusively furnished two-room apartment on ground floor was totally refurbished in 2012 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and shower bath. Situated in the quiet outskirts of town it offers very good transport connections (Autobahn A57 in 5 min. Airport Düsseldorf in 25 min., public bus transport in 5 min., main station and city centre within walking distance). Ferien, Messe, Geschäftsreisen, kleine Fotoshooting (nur auf Anfrage), Wochenendurlaub... Gefällt Ihnen das Andere, Besondere? Dann liegen wir auf einer Wellenlänge. Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

A cozy bright barn near the Dyck Castle

Enjoy the countryside with Dyck Castle at walking distance. There are several bike roads and walking paths, and the highway (A46) is only few minutes drive away. Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte zu vermieten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer wo zwei Personen unterkommen können und durch die Schlafcouch zwei weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Gäste WC, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und eine große Küche, welche eine Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle enthält. Supermärkte, sowie alles weitere findet ihr in der Umgebung max. 5-10 Minuten entfernt.

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

In Für ein mitgebrachtes Reise-Kinderbett ist auch noch genug Platz vorhanden. Die neue moderne Einbauküche verfügt über Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach.

Historische Villa mit Garten, Luxus

Hochwertig sanierte Traum-Villa, das "Forsthaus". Erbaut 1875. Hier trifft Geschichte auf modernen Luxus. Im stilvollem Ambiente relaxen, arbeiten und genießen. Ein kurzer Weg zum Flughafen und zur Messe Düsseldorf. Mit der U-Bahn oder dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt und gleichzeitig direkt am Naturschutzgebiet der Düsseldorfer Rheinauen, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Rhein entfernt. Das Forsthaus liegt in dieser einmaligen Bestlage.

Hübsche 2 Zimmerwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine ganze Wohnung in der ersten Etage in einem Einfamilienhaus. Kommunikation findet nur über airbnb statt. Eine Beherbergungsgebühr in Höhe von 3€ müssen seit dem 1.1.2025 an die Stadt Kaarst abgeführt werden. Für Kinder unter 12 Jahren ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zwei Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Für zusätzliche Handtücher und Bettwäsche erheben wir eine Nutzungspauschale von 5,00 € pro Person.
