In 2021 I gut renovated my 103 year old East Hollywood home to bring you The EaHo Eco Home. I strive to keep my listing economical for my guests and eco-friendly for the planet. Between the King bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 4 adults can sleep comfortably. 2 big screen TV's. One in the living room and one in the bedroom (which has a moveable stand).

This guest house was built in 2023 and is in one of LA’s best neighborhoods. This quiet million dollar historic neighborhood is centrally located minutes from SoFi, the Form, YouTube Theater, Beverley Hills, downtown LA and the beach. Free parking directly in front of house. Full bath and kitchen with full-size refrigerator,  convection microwave, electric stove top and washer and dryer. Queen size bed, and pull out couch. All windows have blackout shades.

Lovely in Larchmont Village

Modern and pristine, lots of natural light, with original mid-century furnishings. We live in Larchmont Village just blocks from Larchmont Blvd & described as "quaint and small-town adorable" by LA Curbed - the perfect central location to explore LA. South of Hollywood, close to Koreatown, about 30 minutes from the beach. My wife, our 13 year old son, 5 year old puppy(Tuesday), 1 year old kitty and I would be happy to host you!

Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
