This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). This home is a beautiful neat 2 bedroom that was built in the 1920’s as a miners cottage It is located between Cessnock and Maitland , next to the town of Kurri Kurri and gateway to the wineries . 3km from the Hunter expressway and 35 min to Newcastle . Kurri Kurri is 2.7km away with many Takeaway food places Or sit down for coffee & cake . Weston is 800m ❌ Note if fold out sofa bed is required it is an additional $30 for your stay
