It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen historischen Bauernhof - heute ein Pferdezucht und Pensionsbetrieb - welcher in Alleinlage auf einem wunderschönen Berghügel umgeben von Wäldern und Weinbergen liegt. Der Fellerhof auf dem Fellerberg liegt weit weg von Straßenlärm und Stress, hier kann man die Natur, Entspannung und Ruhe genießen. Es gibt wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Einige Wege führen nur wenige Meter am Hof vorbei, wie z.B. der Schiefer-Wackenweg.
