Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται καταστήματα τροφίμων, η παραλία της Νέας Μαδύτου, η αγορά και το λιμανάκι με τις ταβέρνες.

Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα προς την αλυκή και την παραλία Κέρος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στην αυλή και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτών από το αεροδρόμιο.

Το αρχαίο θέατρο της Ηφαιστιας και η παραλία του Κερους είναι μία ανάσα από το χωριό.
