Drini tuvo mucha paciencia, estuvo pendiente de nuestro viaje y la hora de llegada, ya que tuvimos problemas por el Google Maps. Estuvimos como en casa, muy cómodo, limpio y amanecimos muy descansados. Ha sido todo un placer.

My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

An extraordinary place, with a superb view, everything impeccable, modern, with 2 very large living areas, super equipped kitchen, cleanliness, everything minimalist with good taste. The terrace with the bay view, wonderful. I will definitely recommend the apartment, and I hope we will come back again. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house inside the Castle area of Ioannina. The architecture and atmosphere were truly special, and everything was absolutely spotless — probably the cleanest and most professionally managed place we've stayed at through Airbnb. The location was exactly what we were hoping for: right inside the Castle walls, which meant we could explore on foot and completely avoid using the car. Having a private garage available was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. Even the local treat (μπακλαβαδάκια) waiting for us was so delicious that it made us feel immediately at home — and of course, we honored them properly! Yiannis, who welcomed us, was super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina. Thank you very much, Yiannis!

Für uns war die Wohnung sehr praktisch gelegen. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Alle notwendigen Infos wurden vorab geteilt.

La casa è arredata modernamente, con gusto, e con mobili di alta qualità. Cucina super-attrezzata e di alto livello, come tutti gli arredi della casa. Tutto quanto può servire in casa è a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci sono quattro camere da letto matrimoniali con ampi armadi, 2.5 bagni moderni, due zone soggiorno molto ampie e terrazzi in ogni stanza; nessun problema ad ospitare 8 ospiti (per due famiglie è l'ideale). Aria condizionata regolabile in ogni stanza. Accesso ad una spiaggetta di ciottoli attraverso scalinata (80 gradini), ma possibile anche arrivarci dalla strada (2 minuti a piedi). Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con delle piccole api (non aggressive) che entravano nella nostra stanza da letto attraverso il condotto dell'aria condizionata. Lo abbiamo segnalato a Frau Ingrid, e vista la situazione generale siamo sicuri che verrà risolto in tempi brevissimi. Credo sarebbe corretto segnalare sul sito web che l'acqua corrente è utilizzabile per cucinare, ma non è potabile.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Check-in was purely done in person so the host walks you through everything once you arrive. The room was comfortable and quiet other than when the other rooms come/go (but that would be similar anywhere). Close proximity to multiple restaurants and the area felt safe at night.

The apartment is modern. Very well designed. Comfortable rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice outside area and a parking spot just in front of the apartment. Petros has greeted us in person and was very caring and extremely helpful during our stay. Totally recommended!

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Fantastic home in beautiful Përmet. Great value with everything you need. It's a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants and Elite Gym, so if you value keeping up with your gym routine, the gym is right down the road, contact them on IG (@elite_gym_permet). The owner of the property, Marsida, is lovely. She is very helpful and accommodating. I had such a great 3 month stay here; I'd definitely come back. Përmet really is such a beautiful place.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων δίπλα στην Νομαρχία. Πολύ καθαρός και όμορφος χώρος. Είχε μέχρι και στρώμα γυμναστικής και βαράκια! Ο Δημήτρης και ο πατέρας του απαντούσανε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα μου.
