Kailua Bay Resort is right downtown Kona. The Ocean is visible from the lanai and most everything is within a mile of the flat. The resort also has its own hot tub, pool and barbecue area. The King Kamehameha beach is only a few minutes walk from the house where paddle boards, parasail, snorkeling and booze cruises await.
