The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Πρόκειται για ένα μοντέρνο στούντιο ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα, με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο και το Βενέτικο. Διαθέτει άνετο μπαλκόνι και πίσω αυλή. Δίπλα στην κοσμοπολίτικη Κώμη και το Βίρι. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση όλες οι εξαιρετικές παρθένες παραλίες της δυτικής Χίου, τα πέτρινα παραδοσιακά καστροχωρια Μαστιχοχώρια της Χίου. Είναι πολύ λειτουργικό με αρκετές ντουλάπες και ντουλάπια κουζίνας, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, πιστολάκι, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερωστρα καθώς και ηλεκτρική σκούπα.

Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
