Hello there ! Happy to share with you our little cocoon! :) We used to live there with our baby during 5 years! We had such a pleasure to be 15 min from the City Center of Brussels ! Our cocoon it’s a 100 m2 space with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, toilet and living/dining room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are also very well located, close to supermarket, public transport, and all places to be / see. Enjoy your stay in our cocoon ! See you soon :)

Studio neuf de 36 m² Rez-de-chaussée. -Une chambre avec un lit 2 places -Salon avec canapé convertible 2 places. Tram 93 et 62 à 1 minute à pied. Métro 6 +- 7 minutes à pied. Centre ville : 20 minutes en transport public 10 minutes en voitures Magasin Carrefour,ALDI …. (3 à 5 Minutes). Un quartier vivant Proche du parc des expositions,Tours et Taxis, stade ,Atomium...... Á respecter: -Tolerance zéro tabagisme à l’intérieur. -Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.
