Had an amazing stay at this villa in Koh Tao! The location is perfect—peaceful and secluded, offering a breathtaking view of the island. It was the perfect escape for relaxation, with stunning sunsets and a tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Alissias Apartment. Die Lage am Sairee Besch it super und für den günstigen Preis haben wir auf ganz Koh Tao nichts vergleichbares finden können! Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der leicht modrige Geruch in der Wohnung, der sich nach ein paar Tagen auch in den Klamotten festgesetzt hat. Trotzdessen würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Superbe maison ! Un véritable coin de paradis avec une nature sauvage sublime. La villa est nichée en pleine nature, parfaitement intégrée dans son environnement, et d’une grande élégance. Une experience unique avec cette vue à couper le souffle sur la mer du lever au coucher du soleil! Et une expérience authentique, loin des standards aseptisés. Si vous aimez la nature, la vraie, vous serez comblés. Les sons, les odeurs, et parfois les petites créatures (gecko, papillon :) c’est précisément ce qui rend ce lieu magique ! Ici, on déconnecte vraiment, on respire, on contemple. C’est un lieu rare !

We were greeted by Caz who was SO helpful and gave us so many great recommendations for Koh Tao. Villa was in a perfect location, about a 10 minute walk away from the main strip, so close enough but far enough to not hear the hustle & bustle. P Sak, the taxi driver recommended by Caz, was the loveliest man ever - he was always so efficient and responded within a couple of minutes. He also picked us up from the Pier, arranged by Caz, which was super helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay! X

Great place to stay a little off the beaten path of the busy downtown! Host was great and extremely helpful! Was flexible with a bag drop well before our check in!

Janine ist eine sehr liebevolle und freundliche Person. Sie hat uns sehr warmherzig und mit Erfrischungstüchern willkommen geheißen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war euch super und der Ausblick wunderschön. Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Alles in einem ein super airbnb 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 3. Unbelievable view and balcony. Really private and quiet area & only a short walk to the main busy streets with lots of restaurants and bars. Gaynor was an incredible host, she was extremely friendly and responsive. She helped us massively with recommendations on where to eat and what to do which we did use and they were all brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. It was a steep walk up to the accommodation from the main road but that meant you got the most spectacular views, we didn’t find it was too much for us at all & it was definitely worth it for the views! What an amazing villa, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

As a group of 7 adults a toddler and a baby the villa was perfect for us! So many wonderful recommendations and walking distance to so many amazing spots on Koh Tao. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt, die Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Personal vor Ort war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns alles organisiert, egal ob Roller oder einen Tagesausflug mit einem privaten Boot und das auch noch zu einem guten Preis. Der Höhepunkt des Aufenthalts war die wunderschöne Aussicht. Ingesamt ist die Villa nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Ployz was very helpful and the view from the villa was beautiful. Cleaners came every day and cleaned any bugs from the pool which was great. The taxi service available was brilliant, very fast and affordable. This service was essential as I would have been nervous walking on the road between the villa and town, traffic in Koh Tao is crazy. There were several restaurants you could order breakfast or dinner to the villa from and the food was great and arrived very quickly. Given it was slightly outside of the town, the taxi and food services made us really comfortable and accommodated this greatly. Overall it was very much worth the cost and the host was extremely helpful.

Beautiful place, breathtaking view! We'll definitely come back again. The pictures actually don't do it justice, it looks much better than advertised! I had no contact with Preeyanut, but Mo and Steve who take care of the house are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is up the mountain close to Sairee, but it is not accessible by foot, nor by motorbike I think though I haven't tried. So to go out to eat, party or visiting, Steve will drive down and back up the mountain free of charge! He picked us up twice at around 1am after partying without any problems! 🙏 And lastly they accept dogs, which makes it our favorite place to stay in Ko Tao so far!

The place was amazing. Pool and views are magnificent. Service also friendly kind so helpful for anything. Driver Mr Steve and manager Mohamed is super kind. Life time memories thank you. absolutely 5star !
