Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer in this coastal home with great ocean views. The space is light and bright and yet cozy! The house has a well appointed kitchen and is well maintained. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

The space includes 3 water-view bedrooms, bath, a large living room with high speed internet, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. The American Eagle is a gorgeous unit with 2 bedrooms: one with twin beds and a master bedroom room furnished with one queen, full bath, hairdryer, tv with cable, and free wifi. Waterfront getaway w/4 paddle board/kayak combos

Our cabin is situated on nearly 2 peaceful acres with direct waterfront on a tidal pond - a calm and quiet body of water fed by the ocean. You can hear the soothing sounds of the tidal waterfall when the tide is changing. Swim from the private dock and enjoy the warm water or just lounge on the Adirondack chairs or hammock. We have 4 paddle boards that convert to kayaks, a dingy that accommodates 2-4, a corn hole set and a fire pit for your use.

Ashgrove Garden on the Ocean

A delightful location on Penobscot Bay, 1/2 mile form Lincolnville Beach and a five-minutes drive from Camden, with its picturesque harbor, full of sailboats from around the world and its own schooner fleet. Trail heads, accessing Camden Hills State Park, are just a few minutes away. Views from the high points in the park are renowned for their extraordinary beauty and expansiveness, inspiring artists and poets for generations.
