This magnificent villa is located extremely close to fantastic beaches and small bays at the East part of Evia island with a fantastic view to the Aegean. Upon entering, there is an open plan dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a large glass doors opening to the balcony with a breathtaking view of the nearby beach. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with an internal shower and a balcony. The beach is about a 200m walk from the villa.

The house is located in the small Aegean village of Agii Apostoli, in Evia, just 120 km from Athens by car — no ferry needed. It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Κακολίμανο, περίπου 200 μ από την παραλια. Στην περιοχή Αγιοι Απόστολοι περίπου 350μ από το χωριό όπου εκεί μπορείτε να βρείτε πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό και καφέ .Η οικία βρίσκεται μέσα σε 2500μ κήπο και έχει απεριόριστη θέα. Comfortable house for a quiet holiday

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

The house is about 40sq.m, with 1 bedroom with dooble bed, living room with two double sofabeds, 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom and yard-balcony with beautiful sea view. The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!

Dafneza House

Το Dafneza House βρίσκεται στην παραθαλάσσια περιοχή των Αγίων Αποστόλων ακριβώς πάνω απο την παραλία Δάφνεζα δίπλα απο το Κλιμάκι. Το σπίτι προσφέρει μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση αφού βρίσκεται κοντά στη θάλασσα με θέα το Αιγαίο. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση με μόλις δύο λεπτά περπάτημα ενώ ο χώρος περικλύεται απο φύση ( βουνό και δέντρα).

H Casa Romântica, είναι ένα πέτρινο, σύγχρονο σπίτι φτιαγμένο στη πλαγιά του Δύστου στις Πετριές Ευβοίας, με ατελείωτη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Δημιουργήθηκε, αποκλειστικά και μόνο, με αγάπη και ρομαντισμό για να απολαύσετε όμορφες και μοναδικές στιγμές με τον ή την σύντροφό σας.

Τα Green Rock Apartments είναι ένα νεόκτιστο διώροφο δόμημα στο οποίο υπάρχουν τρία διαμερίσματα. Τα δύο διαμερίσματα των 60 τ.μ βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο ενώ το μεγάλο διαμέρισμα τον 120 τ.μ στον δεύτερο όροφο. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα είναι φωτεινά με θέα το Αιγαίο καθώς έχουν δικές τους βεράντες.
