Just built in 2024, this 1300 sqft 2 bedroom cottage is quaint and stylish and offers some of the most sought after views that the Outer Banks can offer. Nestled back in the heart of Kitty Hawk Village on Hay Point, guests will enjoy a private and peaceful stay with views of the bay and dock access. Sunrise Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants food/convenience stores and local shops.

Location! Offering breath taking sunrise views and dolphin sightings. The perfect place for relaxing strolls along the beach, surfing with friends and good old fashioned surf fishing. Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views.
