This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!

The Shell Shack OBX

Enjoy staying in one of the nicest areas in Kitty Hawk. Located near milepost 3.5, you are minutes away from great restaurants and some of Outer Banks best attractions. Most importantly, you are on the ocean side of the main highway and a short (one block) walk to the beach. Our updated cottage has plenty of space for 5-6 guests and a large backyard and lower level covered deck for entertaining
