Ο μοναδικός σχεδιασμός του σπιτιού και η στρατηγική τοποθεσία κοντά στα πιο εντυπωσιακά μέρη της κεντρικής Κρήτης είναι τα ιδιαίτερα στοιχεία του οικήματος. Η πέτρα, το ξύλο και το πράσινο χρώμα της φύσης συνδυάζονται αρμονικά για να συμφωνήσουν με την αισθητική ενός παραδοσιακού σπιτιού.

Es liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil Heraklions, Katsambas, in der Nähe vom Flughafen und 25 Minuten zu Fuss zum Stadtzentrum. Es gibt fließend heißes Wasser, Zentralheizung, Satellitenfernsehen und Waschmaschine. Der Strand von Karteros-Amnissos ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus zu erreichen.
