My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

JR 덴마역의 앞에 있는 새로운 맨션입니다. 하얗고 정갈한 방입니다. 역까지 도보 1분입니다. JR 덴마역은 오사카역의 바로 옆에 있는 역이므로 덴마역에서 오사카역까지는 전철로 1분도 걸리지 않습니다. 이 맨션에서 JR 오사카역까지 전철의 대기 시간을 포함해도 총 5분이면 JR 오사카역까지 도착합니다. JR 오사카역의 주변에는 백화점과 상업 시설이 매우 많으며, 호텔은 10분 이상 걷지 않으면 찾아볼 수 없습니다. 그에 비해, 이 맨션은 전철만 이용하면 약 5분만에 오사카 역에 도착하므로 JR 덴마역 주변에서 체류하는 것이 제일 편리하다고 할 수 있습니다. 실제로 해외 여행객들은 아직 도톤보리 주변에 체류하는 편이지만, 오사카를 잘 아는 일본인이나 중국인, 한국인 관광객들은 JR 덴마역 주변에 살거나 체류하는 경우가 많습니다. 그중에서도 저희 맨션은 덴마역에서 제일 가까운 맨션입니다.
