Absolutely loved my stay! The place was super clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — it felt like a little home away from home. The kitchen had every utensils I needed, which made cooking a breeze. The host was always quick to respond and the service was on point. Honestly, it’s definitely a go-to spot - in a good and clean neighborhood! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

The place is as advertised and more. Those who've been to Kisumu know how hot and uncomfortable the nights can be. Not Raj's place. The place was cool during the day and at night. No mosquitoes to complain about regardless of the close proximity to the lake. Raj was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back on my next trips to Kisumu. A true gem

I had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. The place is situated away from the bustle of town and access to the lake just minutes away. I liked exploring the area around the lake and seeing the boats. The restaurant is on the water. The place was secure and I felt at ease. An overall very pleasant stay!

The cozy apartment was exactly as advertised. Faith met us at the building and got us situated in the apartment. We did use the mini-fridge to keep some items cool but didn't cook. The fan in the living room made things comfortable there; we might suggest a fan in the bedroom, too. We had a little trouble getting the mosquito netting panels to overlap completely at the sides of the bed. The view from the rooftop is lovely.

great service, nice place, walkable to main street/restaurants. Great restaurant on the side of the building clean and decent. kettle and juicer i was super early (nighttrain) luke, the security guards and the cleaning lady helped me to get inside and let my stuff. i went out for a run, when i came back it was all ready to go. Luke came even to check if i was allright!

The place was just as pictured. Elvis was such a hospitable host and was always a phone call away to cater for all our needs. We especially enjoyed the patio and the grill. The location was convenient to access amenities. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

I was crashing for one night before I headed to the airport, but I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. What a great way to end my stay in Kisumu! The view has to be the greatest highlight. The place was also spotless and had everything I needed. Also, the house is very well located, about 20-25 minutes to the airport. If you don’t have a car, you will need to hire one or plan for a cab in advance (otherwise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the main road if you need to use public transportation). Brian was very accommodating, letting me drop my bags off early and checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it! He’s an extremely warm and welcoming host.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Emily’s place.The people on ground were very friendly and welcoming to us. Kids also enjoyed the pool.Generally we will be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay in this place. I could walk anywhere that I wanted to go in Kisumu and appreciated having reliable internet, a fan and refrigerator to keep cool, and a comfortable bed. Elizabeth was a very gracious host and I appreciated everything that she did for me to ensure that I had a great stay.

Douglas is not just a great guy but also very helpful. His place is not only spacious but well designed. It is located in a safe and serene neighborhood and offers an experience that you will enjoy and at a fairly reasonable cost.

Mercy was a very responsive host and offered prompt assistance. The home is located in a nice place in a residential area, away from the City traffic and noise. Malls and entertainment joints are all nearby.

Die Anlage Villa Del Soll ist wunderschön. Die Fotos der Website können das Areal in seiner Schönheit nicht alleine wiedergeben. Sehr gepflegte, beispielhafte Anlage. Tolle Gastgeberin, allzeit präsent und hilfsbereit. Das Personal gut eingestellt und sehr freundlich. Eigenes Restaurant am Ufer des Lake Victoria in Traumlage mit sehr gutem lokalem und internationalem Essen. Zudem wirklich faires Preis-Leistungverhältnis. Die Wegeführungen sind ganz neu und excelent. Es gibt einen Fischmarkt fußläufig erreichbar, schöne Spazierwege und die Möglichkeit Boot zu fahren. Jeden Abend sieht man traditionellen Fischfang mit Holzbooten. Grandiose Tierwelt, es waten sogar Hippos 10m vom Restaurant entfernt. Das Ganze eine Romantik zum Abschalten. Danke Lucie mit Team. Wir sehen uns wieder.

The property is awesome, very secure with lush green gardens, a lovely mango orchard, running water, a fully equipped kitchen. We had our own private entrance and the property was just a few minutes to Siaya town.. My 6 yr old son really enjoyed - chicken, geese, cats, cows and a lovely compound. Jane the host welcomed us like long lost friends and was readily available for any queries. Lovely host, lovely stay!
