Princess Acalle - luxury apt with terrace & pool

Located in the peaceful village of Marathokefala, this luxurious apartment was built in 2021 and has a stunning view to the gulf of Chania at its private balcony. It provides every comfort in its modern-design premises, as well as on the breathtaking terrace with a pool, a part of our "King Crimson Luxury Apartments" complex. It is only a 5 min drive until restaurants, hotels and beaches of Kolymvari. Chania city and Falasarna are also withing grasp!

Seli Anaxagoras - Apartment near the sea

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Here you can inhale a touch of Cretan history in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

On our wonderful balcony you will experience moments of relaxation and renewal, gazing at the magnificent mountain and sea views. Kefali village is a quiet village with a cafe, mini market and restaurant. Parking is very easy. Since there is a large square in the middle of the village for free parking.

A spacious, 100 square meters house, located in the center of Kissamos, right opposite of the town hall and the bus station that offers a quiet garden shaded by evergreen trees. It is very close to the unique lagoon of Balos and the famous Falasarna beach, both with crystal clear waters, aquamarine sea and fine golden sand. The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’.

The house is located in the village of Modi, atop a hill, a few minutes away from the sea and the tourist amenities of Platania and 15 minutes away from Chania . You can experience the life of a unspoiled Cretan village and have a great view of nature, the fields of olive and orange trees while you swim at the pool. The house remains traditional, using natural materials such as stone and wood, while providing all the modern comforts.

Spitaki in the village, Kissamos

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Little farm house(7 minutes from elafonisi)

My house in farm is located in Stomio village which is 5 minutes before the monastery of Chrysoskalitissa, the small beach "Aspri limni" and 12 minutes from the famous beach Elafonisi(by car)! During your stay here you can explore the area also by walk, you can see old schools, Turkish hammam, waterfall and a deserted beach "Stomio" with pebbles and some sand.
