The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Mekia house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Mekia house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’

This Villa spread over 3 levels, interconnected by a staircase. It is equipped with a private pool, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace. A tranquil garden roof with a seating area provides relaxation. The kitchen room is fully equipped and situated close by the pool area, where a large and comfortable dining area is available.

A beautiful fully equipped , located at the beach of Ravdouchas next to a small fishing port. Our house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and outside area with furniture, where you can enjoy your dinner in the sunset!!
