Only 1 minute from the beach, our super cosy annex is ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast & enjoying the quieter autumn coastline. 3 great pubs are walking distance, all serving food. Visit the beachside coffee hut, browse the Ferini Art Gallery, catch a show at the Seagull Theatre, or see the 12th century church with its resident sheep. Enjoy fish and chips with a sea view, or take a short drive to Southwold (12 minutes) or Africa Alive Zoo (7 minutes). Private parking and easy A12 access.

*for bank holidays, half terms and summer we take 3-Night min stay only* Spacious, elegant property less than 100 metres from the beach/promenade connecting Kirkley to Pakefield. 2 sitting rooms, large kitchen/dining area and 7 beds which can accommodate up to 12 guests. The property is a short walk to the high street where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and express super markets with a newsagent or two. Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Within walking distance of a sandy beach & 2 local pubs, this early 19th-century public house has been stunningly converted to offer spacious open plan accommodation with exceptional fittings, a pool table and BBQ/pizza stone. Its great location has everything you need on the doorstep: beach; shops & restaurants; car boot; Africa Alive and the popular tourist attraction of Southwold within an easy drive. We allow a maximum of two dogs,this must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.
