Coastal Gem is the perfect retreat for families or couples seeking a break away. Conveniently situated just 750m from the sandy beaches of Holland-on-Sea, it takes less than 10 minutes to stroll down to the seafront. There are a number of restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance. With a private garden and hot tub, it will be difficult not to relax. Cartlodge inspired accommodation

The Forge is set in the countryside of Tendring, a 6 minute journey by car to the beach Clacton On Sea. We have always been inspired by Tiny houses so we created our own compact bijou, a warm open space building that can sustain a 2 meter foot print set in the grounds of our country cottage. The accommodation is finished to a high standard and is completely new inside & out with light soft furnishings and a contemporary floral design bed linen to help you relax and enjoy a good night's sleep.

The 'Old Vicarage' offers a perfect family getaway or group of friends looking for some quiet, with stunning private grounds to relax and enjoy, sleeping up to 12 adults (plus 2 babies). Located in a lovely backwater village on top of many walks, close to pubs, amenities and beach, we're dog friendly so the whole family can come away and stay together.

The beaches of Frinton on Sea, Walton on the Naze, Clacton and Holland on Sea are all within 15 mins drive. Manningtree, Dedham Vale, Wivenhoe, Colchester are all within 30 mins. Walkable to the local village of Thorpe Le Soken with its 3 pubs. Wake up to beautiful countryside views from your double bed with luxury linen bedding.

Spacious 2-bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, private parking and a patio garden - ideal for couples, families, contractors or small groups. The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with an additional sofa bed in the living-room for one or two guests. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking. Close to the seafront, shops and local restaurants. Set on a service road for easy access, parking for 2 cars. The property benefits from a lively coastal location particularly in summer.

The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Lovely spacious 2 bed detached bungalow within 2 miles of the beach & historic pier. Large Patio & grassed area with outside seating. Double & twin bedded rooms, plenty of space for clothing. Fully equipped kitchen - Washing Machine, Dishwasher, fridge, microwave & most importantly a Nespresso machine. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Large spacious lounge with ample seating, dining table, TV, DVD player & WiFi. Selection of DVDs, games & books. Off street free parking.

Cosy Base with Hot Tub (seasonal) Near Beach

A cosy annex with double bedroom, en suite, small lounge and kitchen. Access to garden with views overlooking fields, with private patio area where hot tub is situated (seasonal access, additional cost applies). Cosy and comfortable, everything you need for a long or short break. 5 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins from the town and 15 minutes from the beach, or a 2 min drive from either. Backs on to open fields with country walks to beautiful beaches.

Local owners provide on site assistance in order to suit your stay. Free roadside parking is available nearby but not available at the property other than for drop-off.
