The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. The area is quiet and its location in the center of the island is ideal for a quick access to both east and west beaches. In 5 minutes distance there are super-markets, various shops, restaurants and the marina of Gouvia. The house is 260sqm, with spacious rooms, fully equipped. It has a magical vibe!

Hi, im Dimitris from Corfu Greece. My new built apartment is at the village of Kontokali next to the Gouvia Marina (sailing boats). The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. I will be here for you for anything you need.

Tranquil Apartment No 5

Tranquil complex, consists of 3 wonderful mesonettes and four fully eqquiped apartments perfect for families and couples. The apartments have recently been renovated and are fully equipped with everything you may need in your vacation. The mesonettes and apartments can host up to 30 guests. Enjoy a swim in the lovely swimming pool or visit one of the nearby beaches, Gouvia or Kontokali.

An entire holiday home 10 km just outside the city center to the north of Corfu awaits you to host you and make you spend your most beautiful and relaxing vacation. Bioleta & Christos Apartment Potamos

This brand new, spacious apartment was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new furniture, bathroom, kitchen, windows and AC system. The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years. The apartment has a very comfortable, brand new sofa (turns into a sofa bed) along with a smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix (Via your own account).

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
