If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Hillbank Coach House - Ideal Town Centre Location

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

Writer's Retreat in the heart of Perthshire

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

'Ericht' Enjoy Hot Tub Views Cabins at the Roost

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance. Ericht offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Sitting within our 14 acre smallholding in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills (and our sheep) Situated between 2 lochs, generously equipped for 2 people for a night or a week.

The Wagon at the Bonnington Farm

The Wagon is a recently refurbished 1947 Hurst Fairground Showman's Wagon, set in a stunning position on the edge of the Highlands on the Bonnington Farm with beautiful views to the south and west. Close to the Cairngorms National Park, it is accessible from all parts of the country and close to the amenities of Blairgowrie.

Millbank Cottage - excellent place for couples

Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120-year-old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one-bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two-car parking spot and a large garden.
