Welcome to Janie’s Cozy cottage. This cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath home, just minutes away from Texas A&M Kingsville. It features a bedroom with a queen mattress (for ultimate comfort),a blowup mattress is also included; a cozy living room with a queen size couch , a clean kitchen with a table for dine-in and desk work, and a large private fenced backyard with a firepit and BBQ pit. Guests enjoy off street parking a few steps from a private entrance, a private porch and yard that is directly across from a community park surrounded by a 1 mi. walking loop. Conveniently located less than a mile from HEB and some of our city's best restaurants/shopping in the Lamar Park Center and only a few short miles away from breathtaking bay front views and a 20 minute drive to our warm sandy beach!
