Tara’s place was just what my family and I needed. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house. Also one of us thought she left a pair of glasses and Tara was very helpful confirming that she did, and agreed to mail them promptly, so helpful! If we stay in Johnson City again we’ll definitely choose Tara’s cute cottage again.

The house is in a very good location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean with easy access to downtown Bristol and surrounding attractions. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain chalet! We have traveled to Banner Elk/Sugar Mountain area multiple times since our very first visit with our 3 young sons in 2000. We were able to coordinate with our now adult sons and their spouses a wonderful visit and this home was perfect. Beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain. There were deer right in the yards almost daily for us to view! So close to the ski resort and had a great time there (although two of us ended up injured, but we still had a great time!). With that said hospital is not far for emergency care which is a plus as well in our cases. Easy to access main floor area, beautiful large front and back porches to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Communication with Andrea was great and timely as well. Highly recommend.

This listing had everything and so much more. the host was extremely helpful with recommendations for activities in the area. she was also very thoughtful, leaving a bottle of champagne for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. the house was immaculate, with cozy ambiance down to aromatherapy in every room. the listing had.a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, game room, multiple fireplaces, very comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in spacious showers, comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. there were even menus for local restaurants provided in a well organized book. if you are planning to stay in the Banner Elk/Beech Mtn/Sugar Mtn area, this listing should be on the top of your list! we will absolutely stay again!

I can’t thank Tiffany and Don enough! They were so attentive to our needs, let us check in early knowing we were driving over 13 hours and checking in with us as we traveled. The house was beautiful and rules were printed and laminated and in clear view. There was a binder full of information, including family history, restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. We were there for a short but amazing visit with family and their home had all the things needed. Should we decide to ever go back I would look them up again!!

Perfect location, close to shopping and food. Plenty of room and clean home. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Our stay was great, exactly what we needed for our short visit to Johnson City! Close to the NASCAR track and my picky son even thought the sofa bed was great. Would stay again if we're ever back in the area. Host was very responsive!

We had an amazing stay at Robs Airbnb. My friends and I wanted a getaway for the weekend to spend time away from our routine and get some skiing in. The place was really clean and met all our expectations. Super spacious and lots of room for 8-9 people to sleep. Rob was also super responsive when we locked ourselves out, he immediately responded and helped us get back inside. Overall a fantastic experience.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful view. Deer right out the back door. Quick responses. The house was big enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably.

Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!

Great place to stay in a beautiful area.

We usually stay with friends when we are in the area. However, this time our visit was for a different reason. I can’t wait to go back and visit again. The Mountain View‘s are incredible. A pool right outside the door and a hot tub. The host are excellent communicators. They made you feel very welcome. And farm fresh eggs from free range chickens. So lovely.

This was my second time staying here. Chris is always very nice and helpful. I’m looking forward to staying a third time ! Thank you Chris for allowing me to stay in this wonderful home !

We had an issue beyond their control, but Greg and MaryAnna went above and beyond to fix it and make sure the rest of our experience was great! This is the second time we’ve visited and we will definitely be back!! I can’t say enough about how their communication and how involved they are in making sure that e were taken care of! Great place to relax for the night during a long drive. Love all the friendly animals. I also appreciate pet friendly accommodations. Tammy was really kind. This little farm is lovely, and the tiny house has everything a person needs. The location would make a great home base for someone wanting to explore the area. The lake is nearby, and historical Abingdon is close too. For the record, DoorDash delivers to the farm, which was handy for me. Highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cranberry Cottage. It was immaculate, comfortable, and charming. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and even dog bowls and toys to use during your stay. Our Labradors loved playing in the fenced in yard while we sat around the fire pit. Kathy was a wonderful host with great communication. The little extras like snacks, drinks, and toiletries were greatly appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in Meredith absolutely beautiful home from home. Immediately noticed how clean and well presented the house was. Meredith was a wonderful host from the moment we booked till the time we left. Extremely responsive. We had an incredible time skiing so close to the house! Hot tub was a fabulous addition too. Cannot recommend enough! 5 star all the way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Instructions for everything were very clear. The kitchen was well equipped and the knives in the block were nice and sharp, which is rare for an Airbnb. Michelle made us feel so welcomed and even left a basket of goodies for us as a welcome gift. Would stay here again for sure!

Great place, walkable to sugar mountain lodge. The bed was very comfy. It was about an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the lodge. And the ski locker was a great amenity! Will stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is charming and host communicates thoroughly and the house manual is very helpful. Checkout checklist is minimal and what you would expect. Had a small issue and host addressed it quickly and professionally. Loved the area and so close to ETSU. Highly recommended.

Steven's place was rustic, but perfectly clean and comfortable. I had my privacy but he made it clear he was nearby if there were any issues, and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Brian’s place was perfect for the 6 of us. With a bedroom to spare! Location was across from very dear friends of ours~where we spent most of our time. However it was very homey and accommodating. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The kids loved the little bridge in back. We will definitely rent again. Brian was very easy to communicate with!
