Kingsdown Shepherds Hut is nestled at the top of the garden of one of the oldest cottages in the coastal village of Kingsdown. Accessed via a private entrance off the street and just a few minutes stroll to the beach. This quaint, historic village has 3 pubs, a post office/shop & an excellent butcher. One can walk along the promenade or drive to Deal, visiting the fabulous independent shops, Saturday market, restaurants & pubs. An ideal base to explore the White Cliffs & surrounding areas

Characterful, cosy cottage 2 mins from the Beach

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

Nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside lies 'Hazy Fields'. A rustic shepherds hut with private hot tub for two, located next to our wildlife enriched pond, and surrounding fields. This really is a place to relax, soak up the relaxed atmosphere, gaze up at the stars and enjoy that well deserved break away. Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Pretty Kingsdown holiday home

Judith welcomes you to this lovely house in the popular village of Kingsdown. Just a short stroll down the road brings you to the beautiful, unspoilt beach where you will find one of our three lovely local pubs, all serving food if you don't want to cook! There is a lovely sunny private rear garden to enjoy and off-road parking for 2 cars. A walk along the seafront will bring you to Deal and a short drive will take you to historic Sandwich and Canterbury, not forgetting Dover Castle.

Little Cottage by the sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Close to the pretty village of Kingsdown which has a post office/grocery store and a butchers/delicatessen. It also boasts three local pubs, including the popular Zetland Arms situated right on the beach and moments away. The property is also directly on the national coast path between Dover, St Margaret’s Bay and Deal.

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home. Turnstone Cottage is our beautiful cottage in the heart of the Deal conservation area. One minute's walk could take you to the beach, a choice of 3 pubs or the award winning Deal High Street. The cottage is full of character. Sit in the little private courtyard on a sunny day, or warm yourself by the wood burning stove on a chilly night.
