This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). Perfect under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. Emma king bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, washer + dryer.

Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
