The Princess Anne

The Princess Anne is named for the ancient barrier island that is now downtown St. Marys. This is a 3 bed/2 bath that was completely renovated in 2022. With under a mile walk, you can explore downtown to dine at local resturaunts and view the Saint Marys River. The location is perfect to take day trips to Cumberland Island, Okefenokee Swamp, Ceylon WMA, Crooked River State Park, St. Marys River, Satilla River, Jekyll Island, and Amelia Island / Fernandina. Only 30 minutes from the JAX airport.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from a great garden apartment overlooking the deep water of the North River. Two hundred year old live oaks greet you as you enter the neighborhood and arrive at this grand low country tabby home. Visit nearby historic downtown St. Marys, catch the ferry and spend a day on Cumberland Island, go hiking or biking ( bikes provided) in local area parks, enjoy golf at three beautiful nearby courses. Dock your boat at our 36' floating dock with easy access to the big water.

Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Weather is generally great year round for planning a trip out to Cumberland Island, but you’ll also have Amelia Island, St. Simon and Jekyll Islands, and Okefenokee Swamp close enough for additional day trip options. Norris Cottage Unit A is set on a picturesque street in the heart of the quaint village of St. Mary's, Georgia. The property is a duplex and Unit A is at the front of the property. Although the unit is small, its space is used quite efficiently. Guests can expect two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, a kitchen and bathroom. There is a small patio for outdoor dining and two adult bikes are provided for easy exploring. Pups are always welcome for an additional fee.
