We had an amazing experience finding this place last minute and steven really helped us while we were across country in need of a better sleeping arrangment. He gave great instructions on how to find the place. As we pulled up, we saw the most beautiful sunset that we have seen since arriving on this side of the country. The Mojave desert has a beautiful look to it from his yard. He was very friendly and always quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely stay with Steven again.

Unit is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's in a quad of 4 units with a courtyard in the middle. The unit was recently renovated and was spotless throughout. The entire kitchen was new including cabinets, appliances and counter. The bathroom also had new combo bathtub/shower and sink/vanity. Even the pots, pans and silverware appeared to be new. Sergio went to extra effort to have a large water pitcher waiting in the refrigerator with a note "drinking water". That was much appreciated. We only stayed over-night on our trip back east, but we were very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great space, clean and nicely decorated. Sofa & bed were Super comfortable and backyard was perfect for my dog. Quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

I would definitely stay at Marks place again in the future! Close to my family and very affordable. Mark and his wife were super friendly. Place was clean and we enjoyed every minute!

Rented a room at the ArtHub for a 5-month internship with the county government. Worked out great! The property was “no frills” but the accommodations were comfortable and reasonably priced, and the area around ArtHub was walkable and fun (shops, restaurants, events). Only challenge was regularly getting to the grocery store (no car), but a co-worker volunteered to occasionally make a trip.
