Amazing 225 degree views over Hobart. Spacious quiet flat under the main house at the top of Sandy Bay. Separate private entrance. Quiet homely experience. Great all day sun and views. Easy access to all areas. Note there is NOT an OVEN but there is a plugin frypan, portable induction cooktop and microwave. Free off street and on the street parking. Uber to Salamanca and restaurant scene $15. The perfect base to explore Southern Tasmania!!
