Tucked away in the heart of the city is Spey Courtyard, which is a bright modern fully equipped 1st floor apartment, newly renovated to high standard with a private entrance and free parking for one car in a private courtyard on the doorstep. My apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a 50inch smart tv with Netflix, super fast unlimited broadband, wifi, coffee machine with coffee , tea, sugar and milk, Gas central heating with instant hot water and double glazing.

Unique one bedroom apartment sitting right on the banks of the famous river Tay. Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!
