It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.
