The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Hosting up to 2 people with expansive verandahs looking over sub tropical gardens , is a unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty . This property is on a steep slope and there are steps. It's not suitable for infants or children.

Brand new self contained one bedroom unit. 400 metres easy walk to Terrigal Beach, restaurants and shops. French doors in the bedroom and living area open onto the Large deck. The unit has air conditioning. Suitable for couples or single person. All linen and bath towels supplies. Private entry, street parking in quiet no through road.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.

My place is a fully self contained bedsitter Own entrance, self contained kitchen, toilet shower. It is a 100 metres to award winning hotel bistro, a very trendy shopping centre with lots of coffee shops, trendy shops, doctors, chemists , dentist and 5mins on bus to main rail line, 15 mins to very popular beach.
