Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Wagstaffe Bush Studio

Walk to secluded Lobster Beach; near Killcare, MacMasters Beach & beside Bouddi National Park: a week's worth of bushwalks from the door. You’ll love the studio for its bush & bay setting, QUIET, birds & other wildlife, walk to Palm Beach ferry, estuary or ocean beaches, short drive to surf beaches & boating areas, sense of community, stylish simple building (2016): switch off completely. Treetop Views Avoca Beach 2 minutes to Beaches

This is a New ground floor private apartment with beautiful valley and garden views. There is an adjoining outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and wildlife. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Our Studio is fresh and inviting with spectacular ocean views from Terrigal to Norah Head Lighthouse. A fabulous view at night with all the lights up and down the coast. The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

The Jetty Boathouse

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels. Hosting up to 2 people with expansive verandahs looking over sub tropical gardens , is a unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty . This property is on a steep slope and there are steps. It's not suitable for infants or children.
