We are located within the larger Ladywood Farm - a serene, secure neighborhood perfect for families, small groups, or solo travelers seeking a quiet city break. Private tea trails & top restaurants are all within walking distance & as our guest, you get free access to Twin Rivers Park - waterfall/river walks & picnics with many other activities such as ziplining, sky cycling available at an extra cost.

Weathercock House Tigoni

Weathercock House and its enchanting garden share the air, peace and fertility of Kenya's tea-growing highlands, where Nairobi seems distant as another planet. And yet, as a photo shows, the city still seems so close, you could skip down the lawn and launch yourself into its roiling imbroglio. The house itself is spacious, a bit old-school, but warm and comfortably furnished, with original art works by famous Kenyan artists. The garden is a treasure trove of birds and trees and flowering plants.

Highland Cottage Tigoni

Our cozy cottage is nestled in the Limuru Highlands, amongst the lush tea plantations and is a charming and peaceful retreat location for discerning guests. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to recharge and is also very private. Guests can hike amongst the tea, ride their bicycles and wander with their dogs at leisure. Horse riding is also available if you book in advance. We are located 1 hr from the international airport, 40 mins from Karen, 35 minutes from the UN.

The Mabati Mansion

A very unique and ‘Quirky’, modern (Eco-Friendly) bush home set at the foothills of Mt.Longonot Volcano in Naivasha. The house is cladded in Mabati (metal sheeting) and is a one of a kind design in Kenya. The house has a small plunge pool which is solar heated during the daytime & can be wood fire heated at night. If you are looking for a romantic weekend with a partner or a quiet weekend alone to relax this is the house for you! The house is totally ‘off-grid’ and powered by the ☀️
