Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% linen and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

This newly updated, 1st level, in-law suite, minutes from sound side beaches, and a short (10 min) drive to the ocean aka Graveyard of the Atlantic. This quiet abode is located in a gated community, with basketball & tennis courts, and a waterfront playground. There is also access to a community boat ramp for an additional fee. Couples Cay Suite self Check-in (pool, bikes)

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.

Island Waterfront Paradise

Pack your bags and join us on quiet Colington Island away from the hubbub of the main highway but still a short 10 minute drive to the Kill Devil Hills beach access with an abundance of restaurants and entertainment. Nestled under a 200+ year old Live Oak, enjoy a peaceful view of the wild life and water from your bedroom and dining area. You may even hear our great horned owl bidding you goodnight at dusk.
