This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!

This is a great little beach box just waiting for your family. With 3 BR, 2 baths, the home has updated decor and is only one block from the beautiful sound where you can see the most amazing sunsets. This home provides towels and linens, a 60 inch Smart TV with internet and cable, outside shower, washer and dryer on site and the beautiful beach and ocean a short drive away (1 mile). There is plenty of free public beach access for parking and so many great restaurants close by!
