Brand New Tiny Modern Home SUP, hottub, kayaks, bikes, beautiful sunsets with a view of the Albemarle Sound! Modern and comfortable furniture, all new in May 2023. The entire house is separate and has one bedroom, full bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Beautiful rose garden and trees surrounding the porch. Great energy for couples on honeymoon or others wanting spending quality time together. Walking distance to the Albemarle Sound and 5 minute drive to the beach.

[updated floors and living room 2025 - pictures coming] Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon of shopping, dining and drinking with your friends, with out the headache of traffic and parking.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

The Yellow House. Waterfront, kayaks!

Welcome to Colington Island. Located waterfront on the sound but minutes to the oceanfront. This 2 bedroom island cottage was built in 1955 and owned by Johnny Moore, the last living witness of the 1903 Wright Brothers first flight. He was one of 5 that witnessed and assisted the Wright Brothers on December 17, 1903. The cottage is located on Johnny's homestead from the early 1900s. Come stay in a historic cottage on the water with kayaks!

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
