Conveniently located in the heart of Kill Devils Hills, steps from Bay Drive, the most amazing sunsets and the Kitty Hawk Bay. The home and guest suit was built in 2021. It's a perfect getaway for a couple with pets to enjoy the relaxing beaches of the Outer Banks. Private fenced back yard connects with a fenced patio for the furry friends to enjoy . Extra amenities include beach chairs, soft top surf boards, cooler, beach towels, under house parking and grill, fenced back yard for the pets.

Sea Gem 2 min walk beach/ cozy private apartment

Enjoy your time away in this peaceful and cozy space. The " Sea Gem" is a totally separate private apartment underneath our house, with its on hvac system. You have a private entrance with a keyless self check-in & dedicated parking space in front of apartment. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills , you have a 2 minute walk to the beach, a view of the" Wright Brothers National Memorial" from the living room, and there are several "locals favorite" restaurants, bakerys and shops nearby.

Steps from the sound waters and less than a mile to the beach (walking distance with a crosswalk at the main road right to First Street public beach access)! Cruiser bikes + locks provided, all linens and bath towels along with 2 large beach towels for guest use. Walk to the beach!

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or small family (additional charges applied after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

The Vitamin Sea Retreat

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye
