Traditional house near the sea

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

Cottage 172 sq.m. between the village of Agios Vlasi and Konistres. It consists of three large bedrooms with balconies, living room with terrace, kitchen and two bathrooms. It is fully equipped with home appliances and home appliances in its kitchen, WIFI, has aluminum frames with double glazing and screens, comfortably accommodates 7 people in 1 large double bed and 1 single in the 1st bedroom, 2 joined single beds in the 2nd bedroom and in 1 single and 1 semi-double in the 3rd bedroom.

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.
