The Stables, Middle Barton

Middle Barton is located in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside on the doorstep of the Cotswolds, close to Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse and Oxford. The small self contained annex building is located in owners private garden. The property boasts a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs includes a living room with double sofa bed, tv, wifi, tea, coffee and toast making facilities and a mini fridge. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Cottage in a lovely North Oxfordshire village

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

2-bed cottage nr Soho Farmhouse

Quintessential Cotswolds cottage with boutique-inspired decor, 7mins drive from Soho Farmhouse. 2 king-sized bedrooms, lounge with wood burner, kitchen with Range cooker and a bathroom with a roll top bath and rainfall shower. Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. You may find a Soho House robe or two… Fast wifi and smart TV (for when you have finished reading all the books 😉)

Studio guesthouse

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Garden Annex/Cabin: country view: long/short stays

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

The Barn, Glenrise

A recently built one bedroom detached bungalow with all normal amenities, including large lounge/kitchen with door leading to a small patio and garden. The large living area contains a double sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Diddly Squat farm, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.

Up Above - Detatched contemporary village retreat

Light & airy detached loft style accommodation. It has a double bed, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, WiFi/Smart TV. The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

Black Barn Cottage, Brasenose Farm, Steeple Aston

Kate and Carl weclome you to Black Barn Cottage, a comfortable, ground-floor studio with en-suite facilities built in 2017. It's an ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
