Parking in driveway. (3 to 4 cars max.) Please know pool is not heated. Also we do not accept pets. No parties or large gatherings are allowed . No motorcycles, campers, RVs or boats allowed. Casa espaciosa para disfrutar en familia y amigos, disfrutar de una hermosa piscina y patio trasero bien grande, cocina también en el exterior( solamente para 6 personas) NO MÁS DE 6 PERSONAS, no tienen acceso al garage, yo vivo en un apartamento que tengo en el garage, que no tengo acceso a el alojamiento por ningún lugar, mientras esté la casa reservada, esto se los informo para mi seguridad y confianza, Gracias

You get the entire home and there is nobody else staying at the same time. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.
